The Branson Regional Arts Council Youth Conservatory presents a semester long education class for grades 1st - 3rd starting on September 15, 2026
Description: "Prelude" is defined as "an action or event serving as an introduction to something important." Students will learn the principals of: Theater vocabulary, etiquette & safety; Dance rhythm & movement; Vocal projection, pitch, variations & enunciation; Stage presence & audition confidence.
WHEN: Classes meet September 15 - December 1, 2026 (no meeting November 24, Thanksgiving week)
TIME: Tuesdays, 4:30pm - 5:30pm
WHERE: Historic Owen Theatre
Students will participate in a showcase on both Monday, December 7th and Tuesday, December 8th at 6:30 pm. Dress rehearsal on Sunday, December 6th, 5pm-8pm.
The cost is $175 per semester per student.**
**Online registration includes card fee and is $180.25. If you choose to pay by cash or check, you can pay $175 on the first day of class.
